Barbara's Proxy Statement

Dear Fellow Shareholders,

Sealaska's purpose to "strengthen people, culture and homelands" is dependent upon taking our rightful place as stewards and profitable business owners for the mutual benefit of all shareholders. This mandate galvanizes the professional will and integrity of Sealaska's board, officers, managers and staff.

In eighteen months, Sealaska strategically moved into position to become a serious competitor in the seafood and natural foods industry—processing, marketing, whole sales, distribution. Partnering with IPC, acquiring majority interest in Odyssey, and merging Odyssey with Orca Bay demonstrates Sealaska's intention of longevity while commanding the respect from a multi-billion dollar industry. This industry will always need the very foods which have sustained our cultural identity and connection to place since time immemorial.

Imagine. Imagine our legacy as a people who feed the world, and from implementing our science practices in our natural resources business sector, who protect our oceans.

I am committed to the next phase of growth, creating jobs and career pathways, growing our Native presence and values in the Pacific Northwest industries, to supporting Veterans, Landless, and Elders. Prosperity is our destiny.

I respectfully request your continued support to work on your behalf.

Gunalchéesh!
