Construction Worker - Labor/Carpenter/Concrete

Sealaska Constructors LLC (SCL) is currently looking for construction workers to perform work in North and South Dakota, as well as other potential locations.  SCL currently has a contract to perform deferred maintenance at Native American Schools that are located across North and South Dakota.  We are performing the work associated with maintenance at the schools and required tradesmen with skills that includes.


Laborer (General Laborer)

  • Laborer Light demolition of wall partitions including doors, and other interior finishes.
  • Light Demolition of exterior features including handrails, small concrete structures etc.
  • Assist carpenters, in construction of interior walls and finishes.
  • Assist Carpenters/Cement Masons as needed
  • Perform site cleanup


  • Light interior framing
  • Installation of doors, frames, and hardware
  • Installation of bathroom accessories and partitions
  • Miscellaneous acoustical ceiling work
  • Light framing and drywall installation
  • Miscellaneous installation of finishes including patch and paint.
  • Light concrete forming

Cement Mason/Concrete Finisher

  • Forming light concrete including, sidewalks, curbs, and stairs/stoops
  • Installation of reinforcing steel
  • Concrete placement and finishing of flatwork such as sidewalks.
  • Concrete placement of stairs, curbs and other miscellaneous concrete features.


  • We are seeking self-starter workers with diverse background to work in small crews performing work across the above tasks.
  • The ability to perform more of the tasks above is a plus.
  • Applicants will be required to pass background checks, have a clean driving record and be willing to travel to locations where the work is performed.
  • Applicant will be required to perform light paperwork.
