Sealaska Corporation is expanding its groundwater business by buying a majority stake in Gregg Drilling and Testing, Inc., a leading marine drilling and geotechnical services company headquartered in southern California.

“Gregg is a terrific business with excellent people who take pride in their work and bring passion and innovation to solving client problems. It is a company that truly values its employees and as a result is an excellent fit with the open, learning operating culture that Sealaska is building.
