Please join us this Saturday, May 9, 2020, via webcast for a virtual community meeting where shareholders will have the opportunity to hear from Sealaska directors and members of the leadership team. Sealaska President and CEO Anthony Mallott will provide an update on the company’s financial results and the strategic plan. Shareholders will also be able to learn more about the 2020 board-endorsed and independent candidates.
The webcast is available to all shareholders who are registered with MySealaska.com. About 63 percent of Sealaska shareholders are now using the online shareholder portal MySealaska.com. We encourage shareholders to register at MySealaska.com in order to participate in the webcast. Shareholders can also ask questions in advance of the meeting by visiting https://www.mysealaska.com/Streams.
There are two virtual community meetings scheduled for Saturday, May 9, at 1 p.m. AKDT and Wednesday, May 20, at 5 p.m. AKDT.
Sealaska will offer door prizes for the 2020 community meetings. Shareholders who log on to MySealaska.com and participate in either one of the webcasts (May 9 or May 20) will be eligible for webcast door prizes.
Sealaska’s 2020 annual meeting is scheduled for Saturday, June 27, at 10 a.m. AKDT and will be held via webcast.
