Upcoming Events – Spring/Summer 2022
Thursday, April 21, 2022

After two years of meeting virtually, Sealaska is excited to welcome shareholders back to in-person events this spring!   Shareholders and descendants are invited to join Sealaska – including representatives from Shareholder Relations, Shareholder Development, board and leadership, Corporate Communications and more – at one or more of the many upcoming events. Each event will offer participants the chance to learn about business priorities and recent developments, Sealaska’s ocean health vision and upcoming workforce development opportunities, as well as update shareholder records, complete share transfers, connect with the Sealaska team and more.

In-person community meetings will be held in Anchorage, North Seattle, South Seattle and Juneau during the month of May. The Juneau meeting will also be webcast on MySealaska.com. Virtual-only meetings hosted on MySealaska.com include a resolution forum to discuss the blood quantum resolution, a candidates forum and an online community meeting. The annual meeting will be held in person as well as webcast on MySealaska.com on Saturday, June 25.

We hope all interested shareholders find events to attend that work with their schedules and comfort level – whether in person or virtually – and look forward to connecting with you soon!

Please note that given the nature of the ongoing pandemic and taking an abundance of care and caution for our community’s vulnerable (including precious children and Elders), masks and vaccination against COVID-19 are required for entry to all in-person Sealaska events at this time. Attendees will be required to present their vaccination cards upon entry and mask when not actively eating or drinking. We ask that individuals do not attend if they have been recently exposed to the virus or if they are experiencing related symptoms.

We understand that shareholders and their families may have very different comfort levels in public spaces at this time. Shareholders who are cautious about attending in-person gatherings or unable to attend in person for any reason are invited to tune in to the webcast of the Juneau community meeting, virtual forums, the virtual-only community meeting and the webcast of the annual meeting.
