Early Bird & Annual Meeting Prizes

At Sealaska, we hold the active engagement of our shareholders in the highest regard. Your participation in our annual elections is a profound responsibility that helps shape our collective journey. To express our gratitude for your dedication and to encourage your voice to be heard, we have established a range of enticing prizes:

Every shareholder who votes will receive a $50 voting incentive. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to win in the following prize categories:

Early Bird Prizes: (Vote by 5 p.m. Alaska time on June 3, 2024)
  • Grand Prize: $5,000 for 1 Winner
  • Second Prize: $2,500 for 2 Winners
  • Third Prize: $1,000 for 5 Winners
  • Fourth Prize: $750 for 6 Winners
  • Fifth Prize: $500 for 11 Winners
  • Plus, the Grand Prize winner will receive two round-trip tickets on Alaska Airlines.
Annual Meeting Prizes: (Vote by 5 p.m. Alaska time on June 27, 2024)
  • 1st Prize: $2,500 for 3 Winners
  • 2nd Prize: $1,500 for 1 Winner
  • 3rd Prize: $1,000 for 1 Winner
  • 4th Prize: $500 for 1 Winner
  • Plus, the top prize includes one round-trip ticket on Alaska Airlines.
Webcast Prizes: (Participate in the day of the annual meeting webcast)
  • Join the annual meeting webcast and you could be one of five winners to receive $1,000.
These prizes are our way of saying thank you for the pivotal role you play in the governance of Sealaska through your vote.

Prize Rules to Remember:
  • No need to be present to win.
  • Sealaska employees, board members, and their immediate families are not eligible.
  • Early Bird Prize eligibility requires votes to be received by 5 p.m. Alaska time on June 3, 2024.
  • Annual Meeting Prize votes must be submitted by 5 p.m. Alaska time on June 27, 2024.
  • Cash prizes over $600 will be reported to the IRS.
  • Alaska Airlines tickets are subject to a limit of 50,000 miles per ticket.
