Job Title: HRIS Analyst - Ceridian DayForce
Job Summary:
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the company’s HRIS system ensuring proper setup and ongoing functionality. This role collaborates with HR, Payroll, Timekeeping, and IT teams in the US and UK to support administrators and employees with HRIS system issues, ensuring excellent customer service. The HRIS Analyst will maintain up-to-date knowledge on new software versions and releases of the platform, as well as support any software upgrades, patches, testing, or other technical projects as they arise.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Design, develop and deliver technology or process solutions with a focus on the user experience
• Leverage technology to reduce friction points, eliminate manual effort and provide a positive user experience
• Serve as the key liaison between the HR and IT teams to ensure HRIS solutions meet the functional needs of the organization
• Champion emerging technologies that proactively address challenges across the HR landscape
• Ensures proper functioning and regular maintenance of the HRIS, including processing employee updates, adjusting workflows, and managing employee self-service functionality
• Develop, maintain, and monitor metrics dashboards and recurring/scheduled reports through a combination of the HRIS platform and 3rd party reporting tools
• Work with the IT team to build interfaces and integrations between the HRIS and other systems
• Coach and support members of the HR team in the day-to-day management of modules in the HRIS (WFM, training, recruiting, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and contact HRIS customer support for assistance as needed
• Maintain complete confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive data and/or information
• Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data
• 2+ years of experience using Ceridian Dayforce (Workforce Management, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Reporting/Analytics, Integrations)
• Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills to facilitate effective working relationships and provide top-notch internal customer service
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex datasets
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL, with the ability to create complex reports and data visualizations
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, translate, and present data to a variety of different audiences and skill levels
• Strong project management skills and ability to translate internal client and business needs into technical solutions
• Ability to organize, plan and prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule while supporting teams in the US and Europe
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
• Progressive HRIS experience with Ceridian/DayForce applications and a broad knowledge of all HR functions
• Real world experience with other enterprise class HRIS platforms
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, computer science, information management, data analytics, or related field, or equivalent combination of education/experience in a related field.
• Over 3 years of HRIS experience, including at least 2 years with Ceridian Dayforce

Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00
